Hallo Community,
kann mir jemand in folgender Frage eine Hilfe geben?
Ein Bekannter von mit hat noch einen Max Flat XS mit Handy Vertrag. Der Vertrag läuft seit 23.03.2009. Mindestvertragslaufzeit 24 Monate. Mindestumsatz 7,00 €, Grundpreis 7,95 €. Welche Kündigungsfristen gibt es? Der Bekannte will rasch auf einen Prepaidtarif umsteigen weil er Wenigtelefonierer ist.
