Iphone funktioniert im Ausland (Frankreich) nicht

Bei meinem Iphone funktioniert im Ausland (Frankreich) weder Flat noch Telefon. Roaming ist eingeschaltet und eine andere T-Mobile Karte funktioniert im meinen Iphone problemlos. Ich habe einen MagentaMobil Prepaid M Vertrag. Ist hier noch eine Freischatung bei der Telekom notwendig?
