Ich muss für MMS bezahlen?

Ist das ein Witz? Ich bezahle €45 pro Monat. Warum muss ich für MMS bezahlen, besonders .39¢? 

 

Telekom, es ist nicht 2005. Das ist total inakzeptabel. Bitte nehmen Sie die Kosten von meine Rechnung.

    Ich hab es jetzt tatsächlich selbst raus gefunden. Im E-Mail Center ist da gar nichts zu machen, man muss in´s Kundencenter gehen. Dort klickt man auf den vorhandenen Festnetzanschluss (Anschluss verwalten), über den die Mail Adresse registriert ist. Hier scrollt man runter bis zu "Meine Extras & Optionen" und geht auf "Optionen ändern". Hier wartet man entweder ne  Stunde, bis die Daten geladen wurden (Mit Firefox)

    , oder wechselt direkt in den Edge, bei dem es sofort angezeigt wird. Hier geht man dann unter "Kommunikation & Sicherheit" auf "E-Mail". Hier dann auf SMS, MMS, Postkarte und PC-FAX. Nun hat man sein Ziel endlich erreicht

     ! Es befindet sich ein Abmeldebutton am Ende der Seite.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
