I have canceled my two phone lines and my speedbox, but I'm still being charged

I've sent cancellation forms for two of my phone lines and my speed box, yet I am still getting bills months later. I do not live in the country anymore and I provided proof of deregistration. Why am I still receiving bills? please help

      Did you get confirmation of the cancellation at the time?

      @TeleBrock : was the speed box etc. rented and did you sent it back? If it was rented but not returned they will charge you with the monthly fee of the box. If you are charged with the full amount, what cancellation date is printed on your confirmation?

      How does one return the box?

      I see now in my SPAM that one of my phone numbers was not able to be canceled because my user data was incorrect? That was my wife's phone. Can someone with Telekom please tell me how to cancel this phone as I haven't lived in Germany for 6 months and I am still paying for the services. 

      Termination dates for my phone and speedbox (not exactly sure how to interpret these dates..):

      +49 151 26256*** terminated on: 03.06.2023.
      +49 151 18402*** terminated on: 08/18/2023.

      I have not received any calls from any German numbers. Can you give me a number to call you directly?

      Unfortunately this is not possible as we do not have a number via social media, @TeleBrock.

       

      I always get a busy signal on the number I have on file. Is the number active or is there some information missing?

      I have my US number in my profile. The telekom number has been deactivated for over 6 months now. I can accept a call anytime.

      thanks for this reference. Calling you on your US number isn't that problem in our communication. We are able to call you also oversea.

       

      I tried it this evening several times but there was just busy signal. We really like to help you in this situation.

      For this please fill in our form with all data to all three contracts and also the certificate of moving.

      When the reaches me, I will have a look at the three contracts and try to find a solution.

      I will do this. I have already done it. I will find this information and do it again. I do not have a busy signal on my phone, so I am not sure why it will not connect. 

       

      Can you see my status? I am no longer able to even see the phone numbers or plans associated with my account anymore. So I filled out the form with all the information I have. Can you please let me know what else I can do, or if this has resolved itself finally?

      The form already reached me. I will now take a look at the given data and will get in touch with my supervisor for cancellation and for regulation due to the charges.

       

      This evening I won't have a final solution, but you will read tomorrow again from me.

      Do not worry. This is normal as this is the final invoice.

      Here the pro rata calculation is made from August. But we also have that on our radar, so you don't have to pay the amount.
