I fear that my SIM card is deactivated. Need support!

Hello,

It's been more than a year since I topped up. I don't receive any phone calls or receive any SMS. I attempted to add that number to my profile and it says that "The phone number entered is not a Telekom mobile phone number. Please check your input." I have prepaid Magenta SIM card. What I need to do in order to re-activate my SIM card? I fear that my SIM card is deactivated.

I can't reach out to Telekom support because I can't use my phone number. I tried to get support via chat or form however I'm asked to fill out my number as an information and it satates that is not a Telekom mobile phone number.

Anyone can help with that?
