Hallo,

ich habe eben einen Day unlimited HotSpot Pass gekauft, den ich widerrufen will aufgrund einer extrem langsamen instabilen Internetverbindung. Wäre es möglich den Pass kulanterweise umzutauschen? Leider ist das LTE an meinem Standort extrem langsam, sodass eine sinnvolle Nutzung kaum möglich ist.
