Guthaben-Ansage trotz automatischer Aufladung

Hallo alle!

Beim "MagentaMobil Prepaid M"- Tarif ertönt vor jedem ausgehenden Telefonat die Ansage über das Guthaben, trotz automatischer Aufladung. Wie kann das sein? Und ja, das Guthaben ist i.d.R. unter 5 €. Macht aber nichts, weil ja das automatische Aufladen aktiviert ist, was ja auch funktionert. Also, warum dann trotzdem immer diese nervige Ansage?
