Funkloch auf Pendelstecke B13

Hallo,

ich würde gerne ein bzw mehrere Funklöcher auf der Bundesstraße 13 zwischen Weißenburg und Ingolstadt melden.
Dort hat man durchgehend schlechten Empfang (außer kurz in Eichstätt) und Teilweise ist nicht mal Telefonieren möglich.

Wo muss ich dieses Funkloch denn melden?
