I have one issue while ordering a prepaid sim card with a issue: FNEB0008 - Bitte wählen Sie eine Vorwahl aus der Liste

      Hello, no, problem is still there. I am typing my phone number in format starting with a 015… if I try differently the system is changing it. I called also a support, nothing.

      My provider is Lebara and my number starts with 015510xxxxxx

      Kundenservice Mobilfunk: they couldn't help me, it's not their domain.

      Do you want to portier your number to telekom.. and then its problem of telekom..

      Look at my link above...they have problem to portier your number..

      You have to say that to kundenservice that you want to portier. Or

      Guten Morgen..leider kenn ich mich mit Portierung wenig aus und der user scheitert beim kundenservice...evtl wg englisch...

      Mein englisch ist schon 52 jahre altes schulenglisch. Wenig flüssig.  .und brüchig..

       

      Kannst du einen Teamie um Hilfe bitten ??

      Wir haben sogar darüber hinaus noch weitere Varianten versucht. 

      Alles kommt zum gleichen Ergebnis und ich bin wirklich ratlos.

      Ok..lebara hat 2022 den provider gewechsel vorher telekom und jetzt 02

      ..ohne garantie...

      ..muss nicht auslöser des problems sein..

      ..kenn mich mit portierung nicht aus.

      Aber...

      ..evtl in english übersetzen und TE geben..

       

       

       

      Dann sollte der TE das eben andersrum machen und bei lebara die portierung nach telekom beantragen. ..

      Nur ein beispiel..
