Hallo liebe Telekomhilft-Community,

ich wollte eine Family Card zu meinem bestehenden Mobilfunktarif dazu buchen inkl. iPhone 12 Pro. Allerdings möchte ich auch eine Rufnummer auf diese Family Card mitnehmen. Die Rufnummer läuft ebenfalls auf meinen Namen.

Im Online Shop gab es keine Möglichkeit die Rufnummermitnahme zu beauftragen. Wie funktioniert die Mitnahme der Nummer?
