Empfang aber kein mobiles Internet?

Hallo,
Ich habe den Business Mobile M (1. Generation) und seit gestern Mittag, zumindest ist es mir da erst aufgefallen, habe ich kein Mobiles Internet mehr. Ich habe aber vollen Empfang!
Es liegt nicht am Standort würde ich sagen da das Problem sowohl bei mir zu Hause (PLZ 83435) als auch 40km weiter bei meiner Freundin (PLZ 83236) besteht. Ich habe alles versucht, Neustart meines iPhone 12 Pro Max, Flugmodus und verschiedene Datenoptionen. Zudem habe ich meine SIM-Karte ins iPhone meiner Freundin gesteckt, hier das gleiche Problem..
Nun weis ich leider auch nicht mehr weiter und bitte um Hilfe
