habe zur Zeit eine Dual Sim in Verwendung, möchte mir aber ein Handy kaufen, das mit einer E Sim betrieben wird.

Kann ich meine Dual Sim in eine E Sim umwandeln lassen?

Wenn ja, an wen muss ich mich wenden bzw kann das auch im Online-Portal gemacht werden?
