Day Flat wird automatisch gebucht

Hallo, seit zwei Tagen wird automatisch eine Day Flat (-,99€) aktiviert. Ich habe eine Family Card incl. Mobil Start S, ich habe dazu auch keine Änderung veranlasst. Was kann ich tun um die automatische Buchung zu deaktivieren bzw. um den regulären Vertrag fortzuführen?
