Combicard data comfort M plötzlich mit mehr Daten Volumen

Hallo zusammen

 

ich habe als 2.Datentarif eine combicard Date comfort m mit premium Tablett. Abgeschlossen im Juli 2020. dieser hatte 5gb. Heute habe ich mal wieder im kundencenter vorbeigeschaut und plötzlich hat er 20???
wie kann das sein . Alle anderen, darunter eine weitere combicard aus circa 2016 habe ihre Ursprünglichen volumina. Wie kann das sein?
auch mein Hauptvertrag und meine Family Card sind gleich geblieben. Dank Festnetz Vertrag habe ich Magenta 1

was ich nicht checke, dass eine combicard geändert wurde und nun dank magenta1 vervierfacht wurde und eine beim gleichen Datenvolumen  bleibt...

hätte ich da nicht informiert werden müssen?
wann ist das denn umgestellt worden?

    Ich persönlich würde mich ja freuen, wenn es mehr Datenvolumen wird😅 Aber zur Info für dich, die Telekom hat kürzlich ihre Datentarife erneuert und das Datenvolumen extrem nach oben angepasst. Als M1-Kunde profitierst du jetzt auch bei den CombiCards vom doppelten Datenvolumen.

     

    Die CombiCard Data M hat mittlerweile 10GB und durch M1 bekommst du dann 20GB. Wenn die anderen CombiCards auch mehr Datenvolumen erhalten sollen, müsstest du lediglich einen Tarifwechsel ohne Aufpreis und ohne Veränderung der Vertragslaufzeit durchführen😉

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
