Erste Frage: Wo finde ich das Formular, damit ich auf meine Frage eine Antwort per E-Mail bekomme?

Zweite Frage: Ich benutze ein Motorola c116 (schon etwas ergraut). Was muß ich machen, um DE-Alert-Warnmeldungen per Cell Broadcast zu erhalten? Muß ich da einfach nur Kanal 919 auswählen, oder muß man noch sonst etwas einstellen?

Dritte Frage: Wie kann man testen, ob es auch funktioniert?
