Business Mobil XL Plus zweit SIM Mobiler Router möglich

Guten Abend liebe Community,

es geht um einen Business Mobil XL Plus Tarif einer Bekannten inkl. zweiter SIM-Karte für zusätzlich ~25€.
Die zweite SIM soll in einen Router (AVM 6820 LTE ) gesteckt werden. Dieser Router würde hauptsächlich stationär genutzt werden. Aber auf mit auf Reisen genommen werden.
Es geht um ein Haus welches keine TAL-Anbindung hat. Demnach kein DSL vorhandne. Der XL Tarif besteht wie gesagt schon, und die zweite SIM wird aktuell in einem Tablet zum Surfen genutzt.

Bei dem normalen Magenta Mobil XL hat man häufig gelesen das eine Nutzung im Router nicht möglich wäre. Trifft das auch auf den Business XL zu?

      vielen Dank für deinen Beitrag in unserer Community. Unsere Mobilfunk-Tarife mit pauschal abgegoltenen Datenvolumen ohne Bandbreitenbeschränkung sind für die mobile Nutzung mit Mobilfunkgeräten ausgelegt. Die Nutzung in einem stationären Router, ist auch für unseren Tarif Business Mobil XL Plus, nicht zulässig.

      Für den Fall der Routernutzung empfehle ich den Tarif MagentaMobil Business Speedbox XL. Sehr gerne bin ich für weitere Fragen für dich da.

      wie passt diese Aussage mit der gesetzlichen Router-Freiheit für Kunden zusammen?
      Der Routerzwang von Anbietern in Deutschland wurde untersagt - genau das wird hier aber vorgeschrieben?

       

      Auch die genannten AGB Punkte dazu existieren nicht mehr.

       

      Es gab wohl auch Abmahnungen von der Verbraucherzentrale zu diesem Thema: Editorial: Freiheit für ( LTE -)Router - teltarif.de News

      Hallo @manens,

      mit der Anordnung vom 10. September 2021 der Bundesnetzagentur gibt es nun die Entscheidung, das die Ausschlüsse der Routernutzung in bestimmten Mobilfunk-Tarifen (mit unlimited Datenvolumen wie z.B. MagentaMobil XL und Business Mobil XL Plus) unzulässig sind.
