Anfrage zu denn Neuen Magenta Mobil Tarifen und Multisim.

Guten Tag,

ich habe gesehen, dass die neuen Magenta Mobil Tarife ab April verfügbar sein werden. Daher möchte ich fragen, ob ich als Kunde des XL Tarifs die Möglichkeit habe, die Multisim-Funktion zu meinem aktuellen Tarif hinzuzufügen, oder ob ich auf einen neuen Tarif upgraden muss. Wie würde der Prozess in diesem Fall ablaufen?

    Da es nur für die neuen Tarife ab 1.4. gilt musst du da halt auch in einen neuen Tarif wechseln.

    Geht zB über das Kundencenter.

    Hallo @Denniis,

     

    wenn du den Magenta Mobil Xl Tarif in der 5. oder 6. Generation im Bestand hast,

    dann werden die vorhandenen, oder auch zukünftigen MultiSIM-Karten, monatlich in kostenfreie geändert.

    Dazu musst du -keinen- Tarifwechsel machen.

    Diesen machst du, wenn du die Gespräche von Deutschland, ins Ausland dazu haben möchtest :)

    Ist die Multisim für die Pluskarten ab dem 01.04.2025 auch inkl. oder werden weiterhin die 4,95€ berechnet?

    Vielen Dank für die Nachfrage @DarMar. Es gibt im MagentaMobil L in der neusten Generation eine MultiSIM gratis und im XL sogar zwei. Für die PlusKarten gilt das nicht, die sind ja als solches schon super günstig.

    Das ist ja interessant, gilt das auch für die Themen "unbegrenztes Datenvolumen"?
    Also wenn ich stand heute nen aktuellen MagentaMobil S habe mit Partnerkarten, hab ich dann ab 01.04. unbegrenztes Volumen?

    Oder gilt deine Aussage ausschließlich für die Themen MultiSim?

    Tipp für alle für XL

    Um zwei Multisim kostenlos zu erhalten, muss man in der 7. Generation sein. Ich habe den Chat genutzt und wurde auf die neue Generation umgestellt, ohne dass sich die Laufzeit um zusätzliche 24 Monate verlängert hat.

    Telekom ihr seit die Besten. 💯

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
