Hallo,
ich habe am Dienstag um 19.20 Uhr zum neuen Prepaid Tarif M gewechselt. Würde auch sofort alles soweit korrekt umgesetzt. Allerdings wird mir heute (Do) um 20.20 Uhr eine Restlaufzeit von 25 Tagen und 3 Stunden angezeigt. Es fehlt fast ein ganzer Tag. Wo ist der hingekommen?
Danke vorab für eine Aufklärung.
