Neuinstallation auf PC: falsches Konto

Ich habe Magenta-cloud erfolgreich auf einem nagelneuen PC (Windows 11 pro) installiert.

Dabei wurde automatisch ein Konto gewählt - leider das falsche (von meiner Frau).

Wie kann ich bei der Installation festlegen, mit welchem Konto synchronisiert werden soll? Oder nachträglich das Konto ändern?
