Magenta Cloud & OCR Dokumenteninhalt

Hallo,

folgende Frage bzw. Anregung zur Dokumentensuche in der Magenta Cloud.

 

Es ist anscheindend nicht möglich, in der Magenta cloud nach Dokumentinhalten also bzw OCR PDF zu suchen.

Dies funktioniert weder in der Web noch APP version, obwohl die PDF ORC gescannt sind.

Des weiteren bietet die Magenta Cloud App scan to funktion auch nicht die Möglichkeit ein PDF mit OCR zu erzeugen.

Es kann somit nur nach Dateinamen gesucht werden.

 

Fazit:

  1. Alle Mitbewerber bieten die Suche nach Dokumentinhalten an.
  2. Alle mitbewerber Scannen über ihre eigene App pdf Dokumente mit OCR.
  3. Wenn ich Privat schnell über die App ein Dokument suche, kann ich es nicht finden außer ich weiss den genauen Ablageort.

 

Aber vielleicht Irre ich mich ja und auch bei der Magenta Cloud ist die Suche nach Dokumentinhalten möglich.

    Nein, diese Funktion gibts nicht.

    Aber eigentlich enttäuschende, sehe ich mittlerweile als state of the Art.

    Hallo @Simple83 ,

    ich könnte mir nur vorstellen, dass Sie über webdav eine Suche ermöglichen können. Das bedeutet, Sie legen sich die MagentaCloud als Netzlaufwerk an und versuchen es dann.

    Hallo,

    ich habe Magenta Cloud schon seid längeren. Leider hat sich ende 2024 nocht nichts geändert. Ich kann nicht nach Textinhalten suchen.

    Oder wie seht ihr das?

    Moin, die Option gibt es nicht. Ich leite das gerne aber mal an die Fachabteilung weiter. 

    Wenn ich etwas höre, ob und wann das kommen soll, melde ich mich hier.

    PS: Mit deiner Leitung bist du zufrieden? Oder sollen wir mal schauen, ob wir dir schon mehr Bandbreite anbieten können?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
