Zu wenig Leistung

Hallo, ich habe eine 100k Glasfaser Leitung, von der ich jedoch per Wlan gerade so 30 MBit/s empfange und per LAN gerade mal 40 MBit/s. Außerdem schmiert mein Internet alle 2 Tage einfach so ab. Woran liegt das?
