Zu MagentaZuhause M Regio gewechselt, ob ich es richtig gemacht habe?

Hallo zusammen,

 

seit einigen Jahren war ich im Tarif Magenta ZuHause S. Heute bekam ich einen Anruf von der Telekom in dem mit 50 Mbits/s geworben wurde. Es handelt sich um den Tarif MagentaZuhause M Regio.

Das Angebot klang verlockend, in den 1. 6 Monaten 19,95€ danach 39,95€ dann auch noch weiter den bereits vorhanden Magenta1Vorteil mit all seinen Vorteilen, die 10€ und das doppelte Datenvolumen auf dem Handy auch WLAN To GO sollte noch vorhanden sein.

Ich sagte zu, bekam aber dann neue Logindaten... Nun bin ich doch etwas verunsichert.

Meine Fragen nun, wird der noch gültige Tarif Magenta ZuHause S zu Beginn des neuen Tarif MagentaZuhause M Regio automatisch beendet? Der alte Tarif Magenta ZuHause S hat eigentlich noch eine Laufzeit bis 06.08.2020

Habe ich es richtig gemacht oder soll ich vom Vertrag Tarif MagentaZuhause M Regio zurück treten?

    @ellbogen Magenta eins? Man hat es mir weiterhin zugesagt, fragt sich ob mit wie bisher 10€ oder den jetzt, bei Neuverträgen gültigen 5€. Aber ich hatte Magentaeins ja bereits.

    Was ich jetzt sehe, der Anrufbeantworter und WLAN TO GO sind wohl weg... Nun ja, traurig aber verkraftbar denke ich. Ich bin mir noch nicht schlüssig ob ich nicht doch noch den Echsel zum Tarif MagentaZuhause M Regio wieder stornieren, rückgängig machen sollte.

    Was ist mit den 4,15@ für das Speedport Smart 2 Endgeräte-Servicepaket?

    Das alles wird dir am Telefon einfach nicht erklärt, geklärt, es fällt dir einfach erst nach dem Telefongespräch bewusst...

    Ich war gestern im Chat mit einer Mitarbeiterin der Telekom. Sie sagte mir das der Magentaeins Vorteil weiterhin 10€ betrage da ich am Handytarif nichts geändert hätte.

    Ich denke ich wage mal den Wechel zum Tarif MagentaZuhause M Regio.

    Danke euch allen für eure Hilfe und Ratschläge.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
