Zu Magenta zu Hause Regio M gewechselt muss ich zu Hause sein?

Hallo,

ich habe  Zu Magenta zu Hause Regio M gewechselt am 11.04. am Telefon wurde mir gesagt es kommt kein Techniker raus das würde inter  geschaltet. Seit dem 11.04.22 bekomme ich alle paar Tage eine Email das sich die Bereitstellung verzögert.Heute kam dann eine Email das es am 23.05.22 geschaltet wird und das ein Techniker kommt zwischen 8 und 16Uhr, warum ist das so wir haben doch einen funktionierenden Anschluss bitte einmal um Erklärung.

    Am besten wendest du dich mal an die spezielle Regio-Hotline unter 0800 330 6807.
    Bei allgemeinen Fragen zu den Regio-Anschlüssen helfen wir zwar hier in der Community auch gerne weiter, der Kundenservice für MagentaZuhause Regio ist hier aber leider nicht unterwegs.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
