Wo kann ich ein Lob eintragen

Ich möchte jetzt mal ein dickes Lob für einen Mitarbeiter der Computer-Hilfe aussprechen. Ich habe mir einen neuen Router W 724 V und Magenta zu Hause bestellt. Lief auch alles super mit der Einrichtung. Allerdings funktionierte mein Telefon nicht. Also habe ich die Computer Hilfe angerufen. Ich hatte sehr viel Glück mit dem Mitarbeiter, Herrn Michael H. aus Recklinghausen, im Team 46-05. Er war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Er hat mein Problem super, kompetent und schnell gelöst. Deshalb möchte ich ihm hiermit ein ganz dickes Lob aussprechen. Gleichzeitig möchte ich auch sagen, ich bin keine Mitarbeiterin der Telekom, sondern einfach eine sehr  zufriedene Kundin.

Herr H. ist eine Berreicherung für die Deutsche Telekom.

    es ist toll hier im Forum auch mal Lobesworte lesen zu dürfen.

    Aus Gründen des Datenschutzes solltest Du aber keine Namen von Mitarbeitern hier posten.

    Du kannst es entweder per Email an kundenlob@telekom.de senden oder einfach dieses Formular nutzen: http://www.telekom.de/lob

    Also bitte, hier gibt es doch fast nur Lob, ich lese beinahe nichts anderes, gut ein paar sind ja schon beratungsresistent oder ein wenig..ja...sagen wir mal aggresiv- aber das fällt nur geringfügig aus.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
