WLAN im Ganzen Haus

Hallo, 

ich bin vor kurzem in eine recht großes Haus gezogen und habe einen neuen WLAN Anschluss bekommen. Das Haus ist recht groß und der Router steht momentan noch im Keller, da dort der Glasfaser Anschluss ist. 
Meine Frage ist was am optimalsten ist, um auch in den restlichen Stockwerken WLAN zu haben? (Router Speedport Smart 4+)
Über Powerlines hab ich schon gelesen, aber welche Optionen gibt es noch und wie funktionieren sie?

    Entweder LAN-Kabel verlegen oder versuchen mit einem Mesh das Haus abzudecken.

    Und auf jeden Fall Finger weg von dem Powerline -Mist, der stört ggfs nur andere Anschlüsse deiner Nachbarn wenn die noch DSL haben

    Gutes WLAN bekomst Du nur, wenn Du ein oder mehrere Netzwerkkabel in jedes Stockwerk legst und dort dann WLAN Access Points anschließt. Faustregel für gutes WLAN alle 6-10 Meter ein Access Point und nicht mehr als eine Wand zwischen Client und Access Point.

    Du kannst ein Mesh-WLAN-System wie das „Speed Home WLAN“ nutzen. Dabei werden mehrere Zugangspunkte im Haus installiert, die ein zusammenhängendes Netzwerk bilden und das WLAN-Signal überall im Haus verstärken.

     

    Es lässt sich einfach einrichten und bei Bedarf erweitern. Deinen aktuellen Router kannst du weiter verwenden und die Speed Home WLAN kannst du entweder kaufen oder mieten. 😊

    Wie viele Quadratmeter und Etagen du abdecken möchtest, ist entscheidend. Nutze gerne unseren Konfigurator, um eine erste Einschätzung zu bekommen.

    Verleg die jeweiligen Glasfaserleitungen aus dem Keller in die Wohnungen. Bei Dir dann z. B. den Speedport an der Leitung aus dem dortigen Übergabepunkt anschliessen. Ab hier sehen was Du mit einem WLAN in der Wohnung erreichen kannst.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
