Wie kann ich die Kabel auf der Hauswand entfernen lassen um die Fassade zu erneuern, aber Nachbar ist bei mir angeschlossen?

Hallo zusammen,

 

ich habe hier bereits viel gelesen über APL und Nutzungsvertrag usw. 

Ich bin kein Kunde der Telekom aber habe sowohl den Übergangspunkt am Haus als auch meterweise Kabel auf der Hauswand bis zum Nachbarn rüber. Ich würde gerne zeitnah die Fassade renovieren und daher alle Kabel auf meiner Wand loswerden. Dazu auch das Telekomkabel. Der Übergangspunkt am Haus stört mich nicht. Da dieser Teil des Hauses auch nicht unterkellert ist, kommt auch keine andere Kabelführung in Frage. Und ich möchte nicht erst 18 m Schlitze kloppen müssen. Allerdings ist mein Nachbar wohl über meinen Anschluss, den ich nicht nutze versorgt. Ich würde gerne jetzt die Kabel loswerden und mein Haus renovieren. Was muss ich wo tun und was wird aus dem Anschluss meiner Nachbarn?

    @weatherman1 da kann nur dein Nachbar aktiv werden und einen neuen Hausanschluss beauftragen. Aber wenn damals eine Mitversorgung eingetragen wurde, dann "muss" er das NICHT tun. Einfach mal anprechen und fragen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
