weiße Lichter an, aber kein Internet verfügbar

Hallo,
Mein Internet funktioniert plötzlich nicht mehr. Das Gerät wird mit dem Router verbunden, es wird jedoch angezeigt, dass kein Internet verfügbar ist. Ich habe versucht, den Router zurückzusetzen, aber das Problem ist das gleiche.
Ich benötige dringend das Internet, bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, welche Möglichkeiten wir haben?
Mein Deutsch ist nicht gut, bitte lassen Sie mich wissen, ob es englischsprachige Hotlines gibt.

Hi there,
is it a DSL or Fiber connection? Which router do you use? Are you able to access the router configuration page and check the connection status / DSL information?

You can check the line yourself, there'll be someone to post a link to do that in a short whlie, I think.

Choose the left Button (Störung beheben oder melden).

please delete the screenshot in your answer, because everbody can read the "Serial number". Instead of that screenshot put another there, one in that you have make befor the serial number invisible, so nobody can read it... .
