Wechsel Zusatzoption bei Rücksendung WLAN-Verstärker

Hallo,

 

ich habe zum 2.1.2024 meinen Festnetz-Tarif gewechselt und dabei die Zusatzoption "WLAN Comfort und 5G -Empfänger mit Einrichtungsunterstützung" abgeschlossen. Diese beinhaltet neben dem Speedport 4 und dem 5G -Empfänger auch noch einen WLAN-Verstärker. Die Kosten hierfür laut Vertragsbestätigung: In den ersten 12 Monaten 6,95€ und ab dem 13. Monat (= ab 2.1.2025) 9,95€.

 

Alternativ gab es damals die Zusatzoption "Speedport Smart 4 + 5G Empfänger im Paket" - also ohne den WLAN-Verstärker für damals dauerhaft 6,95€.

 

Den WLAN-Verstärker benötige ich nicht, er ist noch original verpackt. Ich würde diesen gerne zurücksenden und zur Zusatzoption "Speedport Smart 4 + 5G Empfänger im Paket" wechseln, damit es bei den 6,95€ bleibt. Online kann ich leider nur eine Rücksendung aller 3 Geräte gleichzeitig beauftragen, das macht natürlich keinen Sinn.

 

Ich habe am 30.5.2024 mit "Annalena L." gechattet und mir wurde versprochen, dass ich einen Retourenaufkleber für den WLAN-Verstärker erhalte und ich dann bei den 6,95€ bleibe. Bis heute ist allerdings nichts angekommen.

 

Ich würde mich sehr über einen Versandsaufkleber für die Rücksendung freuen.

    Ich kann aktuell einen Tarifwechsel einstellen aber der Preis für den Speedport Smart 4 und den 5G -Empfänger liegt dann bei 9,95 Euro. Vielleicht gibt es in Zukunft wieder tolle Sonderpreise.

    Bei Fragen (auch zu Angeboten) kannst du dich gern wieder melden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
