I am waiting for last 6 hours to install my internet connection. Time given 08:00 to 16:00. Did not receive any call from telekom for a tentative time. 8 hours waiting period isn't too long. Can you please provide some status.

Added the word ‘almost’ in my previous comment. Just fyi… I did not receive any tracking email. Could you please share the tracking info?

The installation was incomplete. The technician was asking for router and sim card which I should have received before he comes. But I did not receive any package containing router and other device yet. As per contract I should have received following two items.
SIM-Karte für Ihren Router oder 5G -Empfänger
Heimnetz-Diagnose
Router Speedport Smart und 5G -Empfänger
So, technician gave me a router for the time being. The router supports 300Mbps. As per my contract I have following plan..
MagentaZuhause XXL Hybrid (500 Mbps)
So, I would like to request you to have a look into this issue on a priority basis.
