I am waiting for almost last 6 hours to install my internet connection. Time given 08:00 to 16:00. Did not receive any call from telekom for a tentative time. 8 hours waiting period isn't too long. Can you please provide some status.

es ist noch nicht einmal 14 Uhr, einfach noch etwas abwarten, hast du denn keinen Link zur Technikerverfolgung erhalten?

Added the word ‘almost’ in my previous comment. Just fyi… I did not receive any tracking email. Could you please share the tracking info?

The installation was incomplete. The technician was asking for router and sim card which I should have received before he comes. But I did not receive any package containing router and other device yet. As per contract I should have received following two items.
SIM-Karte für Ihren Router oder 5G -Empfänger
Heimnetz-Diagnose
Router Speedport Smart und 5G -Empfänger
So, technician gave me a router for the time being. The router supports 300Mbps. As per my contract I have following plan..
MagentaZuhause XXL Hybrid (500 Mbps)
So, I would like to request you to have a look into this issue on a priority basis.
