VOIP mit Sotphone Bria geht nicht nach Österreich

Mein Softphone Bria geht in Deutschland aber Anrufe nach Österreich gehen nicht. Die Fehlermeldung lautet "failed to establish call".

Die Support von Bria (CounterPath) sagt es liegt am Provider. Die Fritzbox 7590 habe ich schon geprüft, ich denke denke da ist keine Sperre für international Gespräche. Über das normale Fritfone geht es ja auch.
Kann mir jemand weiter helfen?
