Vertragsänderung zur Basketball TV Option

Liebes Telekom-Team,

ich habe von der Telekom Post bekommen, dass ich nun ganz plötzlich ab 01.04.21 für meine kostenlose Basketball TV Option mtl. 4,95€ zahlen muss.

Warum kommt diese Umstellung? Mir ist vertraglich bei Abschluss von meinem Tarif keine Klausel bekannt, die eine zeitliche Begrenzung der kostenlosen Basketball TV Option beschreibt.

Ich würde mich sehr freuen, wenn ich meine kostenlose Basketball TV Option weiterhin nutzen kann, da ich das umfangreichere Angebot von Magenta Sport nicht nutzen werde.

    die Basketball Option bzw. Magenta Sport ist für Telekom Kunden ein Jahr kostenlos, danach kostet es 4,95€/Monat.

    es tut mir leid und ich kann auch verstehen, dass dir unsere Antworten nicht gefallen.

    Um einen Vertragsbruch handelt es sich nicht, wir machen von unserem Recht "Änderungen der Preise" gebrauch, dies ist auch in unseren AGB zu finden, https://www.telekom.de/dlp/agb/pdf/46510.pdf?

    Ich gehe davon aus, dass zu dieser Thematik alles gesagt ist, auch wenn wir hier keine zufriedenstellende Lösung finden konnten.

    danke dir für die AGBs. Habt ihr auch eine Info für mich auf welchen genauen Passus sich das bezieht?

    Die Änderungen der Preise ist ja sehr umfangreich. Brauche also bitte eine genaue Aussage unter welchen Abschnitt der AGBs eure Vertragsänderung der Basketball Option fällt.

    Schaue dir bitte einmal unsere AGB`s https://www.telekom.de/dlp/agb/pdf/46510.pdf unter Absatz 9 und hier die AGB`s https://www.telekom.de/dlp/agb/pdf/47197.pdf? unter Absatz 10 an.
    Dort findest du alle Informationen zu Preisänderungen. Hier wurde nun alles zu dem Thema geschrieben. An der Situation können wir nichts ändern.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
