Verknüpfung bestehender Mobilfunkvertrag mit neuem Festnetzvertrag

Guten Tag,

 

Leider ist es mir nicht möglich meinen bestehenden Mobilfunkvertrag mit meinem neuen Festnetzvertrag zu verknüpfen.

Ich versuche mich mit mit der Zugangsnummer anzumelden, was auch funktioniert bis zum Punkt Kundennummer angeben. Ich verwende an dieser Stelle die Kundemmummer aus dem Portal und von meiner letzten Mobilfunkrechnung. Leider wird mir angezeigt, dass die Kundennummer nicht gefunden werden konnte.

    Der Mobilvertrag ist direkt bei der Deutschen Telekom?

    Bist du im Kundencenter eingeloggt und dort siehst du deinen Festnetz Vertrag? Oder klappt der Login ins Kundencenter noch gar nicht?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
