VDSL 100 laut Karte verfügbar, aber nicht buchbar

Hallo,

laut der Ausbaukarte und der Abfrage beim Tarifwechsel scheint bei mir VSDL 100 verfügbar zu sein. Wenn ich es jedoch buchen will, wird es mir wieder als nicht verfügbar angezeigt. Das ganze geht schon seit Anfang des Jahres so.

Kann sich jemand erklären woran das liegt?
