Unable to register for new internet tarife due to SystemErrorMessage

Message at cart states the following.

 

Registration is currently not possible. Your login or password was entered incorrectly. Please try again. If you have logged in using your mobile phone access data, please log in again here.

 

I have tried signing out and back in. I have tried the Android app, phone browser, Chrome, and computer web browser, Chrome. I get the same error message in my cart in every situation. I would like to sign up for internet service at my new address, to get it functional as soon as possible.

      can you sign in before going to the shopping cart? Do you have an account and entered your personal data?

      Hi @SamCast,

       

      I tried your number and got only the mailbox. I got the same error message when I made an order myself.

       

      That means it is not an individual issue with your login but a bigger error with our page. It should get fixed shortly.

       

      If you are pressed for time and can't wait the day or two till it is fixed I can book your internet contract for you but you would lose the online discount.

      Thank you so much! I'm not terribly pressed for time - I can make time next week to go into a Telekom store to have internet added to my contract.

      @SamCast Then I would recommend that you give us a time and date, and we call you to arrange your internet contract without leaving your home.
