Umzug

Hallo, mein Umzug steht an. Aktuell wird der Router gemietet und zusätzlich zum Umzug wollte ich auf magenta L erhöhen. Soweit alles klar, außer meine Frage wäre ob ich auch wieder den Router zur Miete auswählen muss oder ob ich den aktuellen behalte und der weiter berechnet wird. Nicht das ich nachher 2 Router bezahle, weil der aktuelle Router ein anderer ist als der, der mir dort vorgeschlagen wird.

      Mir geht es nur darum, ob der alte Router automatisch weiter gemietet wird oder ob ich einen neuen mieten muss. Aktuell magenta m mit dem speedport W 724 und für magenta L wird mir speedport smart 3. Dann würde ich den neuen zubuchen und den anderen dementsprechend unter dem link kündigen. Habe gedacht, dass durch die Auswahl des neuen Router, der alte automatisch dann gekündigt wird und ich den zurück geben kann.

      Automatisch wird der alte Router nicht gekündigt, das muss schon manuell geschehen , sonst läuft der Mietvertrag für den Router immer weiter ....

      Du brauchst keinen neuen Router.

      Den 724 kannst du für Magenta L weiternutzen.

      Automatisch wird der alte Router nicht gekündigt, das muss schon manuell geschehen , sonst läuft der Mietvertrag für den Router immer weiter ....

      Bis wann muss ich den Umzug anmelden (Umzugstermin 10.09.21 ), um rechtzeitig den neuen Anschluss zu bekommen.

      Wir ziehen von 28325 Bremen nach 26129 Oldenburg, Olmsweg 43, um.  Ich möchte das bestehende Paket gerne so übernehmen.

      Hallo @schwania,

      wenn du möchtest, können wir den Umzug schon aufnehmen. Ansonsten solltest du es bis spätestens Ende August beauftragen.
