TKS Activation

I recently moved houses, and my new house gets internet through Telekom DSL. Our service provider is TKS, and the earliest date of activation they gave us was Dec 4. They said that this is so the Telekom technician can come out and confirm our line is set up. However, my husband set up the router, and it displayed a message saying that the line is ready for use, and that our internet provider just needed to contact Telekom to have the line authorized. It said that if we did this, a technician would not need to come out to the house. My husband connected to the Wi-Fi from the router and tested the connection to confirm. While he couldn't access any webpages, when he ran:
ping google.com
ping facebook.com
He got back positive reception for both tests, and said that means the line is ready for use, so the technician doesn't need to do anything physically. Who can we contact at Telekom with our TKS contract number to get the line activated so we don't have to wait a month to get internet?

 

Edit: My husband went over to Telekom today as well and they said that the line for the house has been free for use since Oct 8, so that’s why we know that they can activate the line sooner.
