Sprachbox nach VoIP-Umstellung nicht mehr verfügbar?

Nach Umstellung des Anschlusses auf VoIP ist die Sprachbox nicht mehr erreichbar. Bei Anruf kommt der Hinweis ".....ist für diesen Anschluss nicht eingerichtet". Wie komme ich wieder an meine Sprachbox?
