Speedport Smart dauernde Verbindungsabbrüche

Guten Tag, 

 

heute hab ich unseren neuen Router (s.  o) angeschlossen, und er verliert dauernd Verbindung und hängt sich komplett auf (alle Leuchten aus bis auf Status die ist mal auf grün dann wieder weiss. Laut Fehlerprotokoll (7 Seiten mittlerweile) liegen PPPOe Fehler vor, 2 Techniker waren auch schon da,  Dritter kommt morgen. Langsam werden wir echt sauer,  das Theater fing nach Umschaltung Entertainment TV an

    Ich glaube es Ihnen, dass Probleme vorliegen. Ich wollte nur einen Zwischenstand mitteilen, was in unserer Datenbank hinterlegt ist.
    Die Routerlogs kann ich gerne hier aufnehmen, allerdings bekommt der Techniker diese Notiz nicht mehr mit. Zeigen Sie meinem Kollegen die Fehler. So kann er vor Ort genauer schauen, was los ist.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
