Speedport Smart 3 und Gigaset CL660 HX Gesprächsprobleme

Hallo miteinander,

ich habe mit meinem CL660 HX Probleme beim Telefonieren.

Die von uns angerufenen Personen verstehen uns zu Beginn der Gespräche nicht. Die Verständigung beginnt somit erst

ca. 2-3 Sekunden nach dem Verbindungsaufbau.

Der Telekom-Kundendienst konnte mir nicht weiterhelfen. Seitens Gigaset erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass

bei den HX-Modellen ein Problem mit dem deckt bzw. cat-in besteht.

ich soll deshalb im Speedport das cat-in deaktivieren, die beiden Mobilteile abmelden, danach den Router

neu starten und die beiden Mobilteile neu anmelden.

Kann mir bitte jemand sagen, wo im Routermenü ich das cat-iq finde und ob die von Gigaset genannte Vorgehensweise

erfolgreich sein wird?

    Nach mehreren Tests kann ich euch sagen, dass das Deaktivieren von HDVoice den Erfolg brachte. Super!

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
