Snom D785 Speedport Smart 3 Rumumleitung geht nicht

Guten Tag,

 

ich habe mein Snom D785 an mein Speedport Smar3 vie Lan angeschlossen.

Ich kann von diesem Telefon jemanden anrufen und auch angerufen werden.

Jedoch funktioniert die Rumleitung nicht.

Wenn ich die Rufumleitung in Telefon einstelle und auf das Telefon anrufe, höre ich zwar das "tuten" und man sieht am Telefon auch, dass gerade jemand anruft, jedoch kommt der Anruf nicht am Zielgerät an.

 

Hat hierfür jemand eine Idee?

 

Falls Protokolle oder irgendwelche anderen Daten benötigt werden, lasst es mich wissen.

    Hallo @VanGone ,

    ich weiß nicht wie das SNOM die Rufumleitung "handelt".

    Warum nutzt du nicht die Steuersequenzen *21*Zielrufnummer# ?

    Ob eine Weiterleitung aktiv ist kann man mit *#21#abfragen.

    In beiden Fällen wird man von einer nettern Frauenstimme über den Status informiert.

    Hallo,

    Das funktioniert tatsächlich. Jedoch kann ich nun nicht direkt am Telefon sehen (rotes Licht) ob die Weiterleitung aktiv ist und ich muss jedesmal diese Zahlenfolge eingeben. Funktionstasten sind da schon einfacher. Und ich hätte immer im Hinterkopf, dass hier irgendetwas nicht so funktioniert, wie es soll.

     

    Wenn es nicht anders geht, mach ich es natürlich so.

    Ich kenne das SNOM nicht, aber vielleicht kann man die Steuersequenz auf eine Funktionstaste legen.

    Beim Einschalten der Funktionstaste *21*... und beim Ausschalten #21#.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
