Smarthome Pro (EGSP) nicht aktiv

Beim gemieteten Speedport Smart 3 wurde Smarthome Pro (EGSP) nicht aktiviert. Ich kann mich auch nicht die Zentrale manuell anmelden, Seriennummer ist der Datenbank nicht bekannt. So das heißt jetzt das Team @telekomhilft @ muss ran.
