Router Delivery status

I would like to know the status of the delivery of my router. I subscribed to a contract at the shop on the 23rd of August. The technician arrived the 29th installing the glass fiber connection. However I have never received the router. Is it possible to know the status of the shipment?

      Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
