Retourschein kann nicht erstellt werden

Hallo, meine Daten werden richtig erkannt, ich kann auch den richtigen Receiver auswählen aber auf der letzten Seite wird wird der Button Retourschein erstellen nicht aktiv. Ich habe beide Varianten probiert, QR-Code und selber drucken, beides funktioniert nicht.

    Wird der Router, den du zurückschicken möchtest, denn tatsächlich als Mietgerät in deiner Rechnung erwähnt?

    Bei mir ist die ...01000 problemlos erreichbar!

    Der Vollständigkeit halber, ein anderer Browser funktioniert auch nicht.

    du kannst auch hier auf einen Teamie warten. @thomas.schern 

    dauert aber etwas, die sind immer gut beschäftigt.

    wie ich gesehen habe, haben die Kollegen den Retourenschein dir schon zugeschickt. Brauchst du aktuell noch Unterstützung?

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
