outlook kann E-Mails nicht mehr empfangen

Seit unserem Umzug mit neuem Telekom-Anschluss kann ich über outlook keine E-Mails mehr empfangen. Es liegt der Übermittlungsfehler 0x800CCC0E vor. Ich kann die Verbindung mit meinem speziellen Kennwort für E-Mail-Programme leider nicht mehr herstellen. Auch die Auch die Erstellung eines neuen Kennworts hat nichts gebracht.

Über das E-Mail-Center der Telekom kann ich online alle E-Mails empfangen und auch kommunizieren. Sie kommen halt in outlook nicht an.

Ich weiß nicht, ob das zusammenhängt mit den Änderungen wegen des Umzugs. Wir sind langjährige Kunden bei der Telekom, haben von unserem Sonderkündigungsrecht Gebrauch gemacht und einen neuen Tarif abgeschlossen. Dadurch haben wir derzeit zwei Verträge bzw. entsprechende Telefonnummern: einen Ende Oktober auslaufenden  (den alten) sowie einen bereits laufenden (den neuen), dessen Konditionen in unserer neuen Wohnung bereits wirksam sind.

Eine der zahlreichen Mitarbeiter der Telekom, mit denen wir in dieser Sache inzwischen Kontakt hatten, hat einmal gesagt, dass meine E-Mail-Adresse immer noch unter dem alten Anschluss (mit der alten Telefonnummer) läuft.

Kann mein Übermittlungsproblem also damit zusammenhängen? Was kann ich tun, damit die Verbindung zu outlook hergestellt werden kann?

    Besten Dank für das frühe Telefonat.

     

    Die E-Mail-Adresse an sich ist aktiv, sonst wäre der Zugriff über das Kundencenter/E-Mail Center nicht gegeben. Wir schlagen den Weg ein, den @Jürgen U. hier schon vorgeschlagen hat, mal ein anderes Programm zu testen. Je nach Rückmeldung von Ihnen schauen wir dann, welchen Lösungsweg es noch gibt. Ggf. ziehen wir unser Fachteam hinzu, um es prüfen zu lassen, wo in Outlook es ggf. noch haken könnten.

    Der Wechsel des Postfachs auf die neue Zugangsnummer kann über den Weg, den @zimso anfänglich beschrieben hat, angestoßen werden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
