I have the telekom router and wifi connection at home. The router shows white light for WLAN and status. When I use the my magenta app and check router then it shows router and wifi working. But when I check connection it fails. My wifi is showing no internet.  I just checked I have no customer number just an order no which I'll write on my profile. I have work from home and I won't be able to do anything if it's not fixed by Tomorrow.
