No order confirmation email for DSL

Hi,
I apply DSL(internet) order a week ago and I was informed that order confirmation email will be sent to me with the technician appointment date.
However, after a week, I haven't received any email from T-telekom. I tried to check with "CHAT" but was told that I should contact HotLine which is not reachable for hours.
How can I check the order status and when will be the technician appointment date? And what should I do to receive the email ?
