No Confirmation email for DSL

Hello.
I submitted an order for MagentaZuhause L and received an email with all the documents related to the contract.
However, I have not received a confirmation email for the date (the proposed dated on the email is 05 April 2022). The email also says I should receive the corresponding router in the next day or so ...
Could you please advise as to the status of my order?

You have the contract documents and the date when you get the connection. So you have all the information you need.

The email says I should receive a confirmation notification (email) after a positive check of the order. No email confirmation has been received.

I have updated my profile with my phone number.
The email I got says I should receive the router in 1-3 days (nothing so far) and that activation date is scheduled for 05 April.

Hello @mdetuya,
thank you so much for the nice phone call.
Unfortunately at your new address only the MagentaZuhause M is available, so that's the reason why the order didn't pass. I changed the tariff and now you'll soon get the confirmation for April 11th.
