I am writing the post here in English as my german is not good and I am struggling to get my Internet activated. I already have couple technical visits done but my Internet is still not activated. In first visit technician was not able to find an active telephone line in my apartment and then I called the electrician to get that fixed and in second appointment everything was in place but technician just could not find the APL box but when I showed where it he left by saying his appointment time is over and get a new appointment. And now I am struggling to get a new appointment over call. Please help me to book next technician appointment for my Internet connection activation.
