NEED TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT ASAP

Hello,

I have bought from you an internet plan and the technicians want to come on 28.10 and I have to change the appointment to 29.10.

I reside in a different EU country and I am not in Germany yet.

The phone provided only speaks German and I speak English and the website to change appointments is down! 

Can you please allow me to change my appointment before I get a fine?

      Yes i would still like to move the appointment, but can you please help me understand how do i know now when i will receive the router, or can i pick it up somewhere since i will not be staying at the apartment that i dont have internet while i need to work. And if i dont have a router how can they come for the appointment what will they do then?

      Hello Belana, as i move from abroad i will not be home to receive the router, can i move appointment to 29.10.2025. and could they bring router with them then?

      Establish the line; they do absolutely nothing with router, that's your turn (connect/setup of the device).

      As discussed, the router was delivered to your neighbors today. 👍🏽 We were able to successfully postpone the delivery date to the 29th of October 2025. You will receive a confirmation of the date by email shortly.
